OLCC Retail license with no violations.  All taxes paid.  No liabilities.

Our current location across from John’s Marketplace, SW 35th Ave and SW Multnomah Blvd, has one Retail licensee within 1000 feet who plans to sell their license as well.  If they were to move, current location is incredible at SW 35th Ave and Multnomah Blvd.  If they remain under new ownership, the buyer of our license would need to relocate our Retail license.  Or, be content to run a delivery-only operation.  

We are licensed through the City of Portland as a Retail Courier.  Unlike OLCC, the City of Portland has no moratorium on new licenses.  Obtaining a Retail license from them is painless and easy. Buyer needs to be in compliance with requisite Tax Compliance Certificate standards.  As do we as the seller.  

For well-resourced buyers, my suggestion would be to purchase our Retail license.  Then,  purchase our one competitor within 1000 feet.  I could see them selling for $150k.  Then, I would close their location and open in our current location.  The location is truly incredible.  That would also leave the buyer with a second OLCC Retail license, which could be sold, or used to open another Retail location.
