Our History
Born out of a deep understanding of the evolving cannabis landscape and commitment to excellence.
With the legalization of recreational marijuana in Oregon, Andy Shelley became one of the first marijuana inspectors for the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). Andy realized the importance of providing extensive compliance support and advocacy within the industry after seeing the difficulties licensees faced when trying to navigate the complex regulatory landscape and manage their businesses. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by cannabis licensees, Andy established CannXperts in 2018 to help navigate the complexities of regulations and ensure compliance in the cannabis industry.
Headquartered in Eugene, OR, CannXperts quickly established itself as a leading provider of regulatory, compliance, and licensing support and services across the state. As the demand for compliance support grew with the legalization of cannabis in more states, CannXperts expanded its offerings and embarked on a nationwide expansion in 2023.
