- Monitor and update your surveillance system
- Perform routine METRC audits
- Track and manage all your licenses
- Track and manage all your control studies
- Process and submit license renewal paperwork – on time – every year
- Update land use documents as needed
- Create and submit alteration requests to the state as needed
- Update business structure and investor lists as needed
- Submit all state-required notifications (alterations, arrests, camera outages, financial interests, seasonal shutdowns, etc.
- Guide you through getting packaging and labeling approved
- Update your Standard Operating Procedures as rules change
- Provide customized training on rule updates
- Support you onsite during state compliance investigations or inspections
- Work with the state directly by our licensing specialists and inspectors on your behalf
- Assign a single point of support via phone, text and email
